The coffee was roasted on either 4/6 or 4/9.  Every coffee served at NSE is between 3 and 12 days off the roast depending on the method of prep.  (The dates were listed as DD/MM/YY).
There was no El Salvador in the blend.  For a brief time there was a Guatemala, otherwise the coffee is all Brazils.
